Description:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sen+ Machine Learning Developer to be a founding member of our AI Vanguard Team at GlobalLogic. This position focuses on the advancement of applied GenAI technologies, aimed at crafting innovative solutions that significantly enhance business value and tech innovation in our company, helping project thought leadership for potential and existing customers. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning, particularly in NLP and/or CV, and a proven track record of developing impactful AI applications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
+8 years of commercial experience in machine learning development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks/libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Transformers.
Extensive experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models and applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs for integrating GenAI functionalities into different platforms.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and ML development tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks, MLflow).
Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities, including developing ML offering materials and engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and demonstrating the potential impact of our ML technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
An exceptionally motivated and self-organized developer with a strong aptitude for innovative and creative problem-solving.
Clear and “to-the-point” communication style.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, fine-tune, optimize, and train GenAI models and systems.
Lead the research and development of new GenAI algorithms and architectures, focusing on areas such as multimodal AI, autonomous agents, and advanced AI reasoning capabilities.
Design and implement state-of-the-art GenAI models, including proof-of-concept projects and high-impact showcases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prototype solutions into existing platforms and workflows, impacting customer projects and internal GL AI transformation.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events to foster a learning environment within the GlobalLogics’ ML Devs community.
Help develop monitoring, observability, and evaluation metrics for genAI applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing updates.
Stay at the forefront of GenAI and machine learning advancements to ensure our approaches and technologies remain cutting-edge.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on AI model architectures, deployment strategies, and performance evaluations.
Help implement security measures to protect sensitive information processed by GenAI-based systems.
