Description:
Join GlobalLogic as a Japanese-speaking IT Trainer/Instructor. Work with a top team delivering outstanding training.
Applicants with certified instructor status from a major software vendor or a recognized technical training qualification (such as CompTIA CTT+) are strongly preferred. Proven knowledge in MongoDB (MongoDB Certified Developer) is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Requirements:
We value candidates who have:
– Ideal candidates will have experience using one or more database technologies and be familiar with contemporary software development practices and infrastructure.
– Proven MongoDB knowledge (e.g., Tradecraft, MongoDB Certified Developer)
– A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience in a software or technology-related subject area
– Demonstrated experience in teaching or facilitating training events for a highly technical audience, technical training, or technical mentoring
– A solid understanding of a programming language (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python)
– Familiarity with modern software development practicies and infrastructure
– Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct IT training sessions in Japanese, both online and in-person
– Develop and deliver training programs on software, hardware, cybersecurity, cloud computing, IT support, and other relevant technologies
– Adapt training approaches based on the audience’s skill level (from beginners to advanced)
– Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios
– Evaluate trainees’ progress through tests, quizzes, and feedback sessions
