GlobalLogic Marketing & Communications is looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our Global Social Media Team and GlobalLogic Social Media Strategy. The candidate will possess exceptional writing skills, enthusiasm, and proven track record for social media strategy, and a knack for engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders. They should boast a data-driven approach and exude the confidence to propose ideas and steer strategic direction to garner consensus across various departments. The candidate should have experience from PR agencies or in-house roles focusing on content creation and social media, and preferably expertise working on technology brands.
As the Global Social Media Lead, you will create and tell compelling stories that build strength and expand our reach to key audiences by leveraging our leaders, people, and corporate social media channels in unique and creative ways. You will drive the global social media strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve our marketing and business goals. #LI-AG6

Job Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, measure, and optimize the global social media strategy to position GlobalLogic’s brand in the market, targeting key audiences including clients, candidates, and employees.
Lead the Social Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering functional skills development, standardizing best practices, and delivering a unified global social strategy. - Collaborate with GlobalLogic corporate communications, PR agencies, and subject matter experts to develop compelling content centered on client stories, company initiatives, industry trends, employee engagement, virtual and future in-person events, and more.
- Develop leadership content for key GlobalLogic leaders and support award nominations.
- Manage internal social media inquiries and requests by ensuring posts adhere to brand guidelines and tone, and oversee a social media calendar for timely scheduling.
- Monitor team progress against monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs and metrics.
- Oversee social media advocacy platforms and measurement tools.
- Collaborate with growth marketing to bolster sales initiatives through tailored social campaigns targeting executive decision-makers.
- Possess experience in budget management and agency oversight.
