Requirements

Job Description
12 to 14 years of experience in software development and architecture with 4+ years in a solution architect role
Proven experience with the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework) and frontend technologies (React JS & Redux / Typescript)
Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, Microservices
Strong experience with modern frontend technologies (React, ReactJS Library Redux/Redux-Toolkit GraphQL API React)
Experience in designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server, NoSQL and caching frameworks
Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)
Job Responsibilities
Architect and Design Solutions: Develop end-to-end software architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Technology Leadership: Lead the design and development preferably using the .NET stack, ensuring the use of best practices and modern architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, etc.).
API Development and Integration: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable RESTful APIs to enable communication between different services and applications. Implement industry best practices for securing APIs, including OAuth, JWT
Development Oversight: Oversee development across the stack, including frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring technical alignment with architectural vision.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, product managers, and developers to define and refine requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs.
Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor development teams to ensure quality and best practices are followed.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in the architecture and development processes.
Performance Optimization: Ensure system and application performance through proper design, implementation, and monitoring of solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools, and advocate for improvements in processes and technology adoption.
