AVP – Cybersecurity Domain Specialist

The starting base salary range for this role is estimated to be $170000 to 205000. This salary range is based on the role and is provided as a good-faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Requirements:
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Cybersecurity industry with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures (Network Security, SASE, MDR/EDR, SOC Transformation etc.)
- Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
- Influencing and gaining buy-in from key technical/engineering stakeholders in a customer-facing role – prior experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering leadership is ideal.
- Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or security advisory engagements
- Partnering with cross-regional Delivery functions to ensure successful implementation of cyber security engineering services
- The individual will have strong technical background to facilitate solutions design, operational excellence to execute and work with internal teams, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders. In addition, the candidate must be highly collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric, and bring a structured approach.
- Candidate must be self-driven and assertive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evangelize GlobalLogic’s security engineering leadership in on-prem, cloud, and
security operations services that establish GlobalLogic as the customer’s
cybersecurity engineering partner of choice - Provide technical leadership, expertise and guidance as part of customer’s security
transformation journey - Play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure customer’s key business
imperatives and ensuring value realization of their product engineering investment
with GlobalLogic - Ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the engineering
landscape based on customer business needs - Orchestrating technical resources (cross-regional) to ensure a one-team approach
that demonstrates a cohesive strategy and creating relevant GlobalLogic
engineering services offering for Cyber Security ISVs - Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through
effective presentations, technical engagements, and workshops - Working closely with delivery teams to ensure overall development of customer
products/solutions
