Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field
13 to 15+ years of experience in software development, solid understanding of QA Organization
Excellence in software test processes and documentation
Design and Implement Automation Solutions
Develop automation solutions tailored to specific production or operational needs. You’ll analyze
requirements and design automation workflows that optimize process efficiency and accuracy
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of automation systems to verify performance and reliability.
You’ll analyze data and refine processes to achieve optimal operation and minimal downtime.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement. You’ll
provide insights and solutions that streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Maintain detailed documentation of automation code, system configurations, and operating
procedures. You’ll ensure clear records for maintenance, troubleshooting, and future upgrades.
Generate customized reports regarding environments, builds and releases
Provides in-depth subject matter expertise in the development of a to-be solution architecture and
technology/platform
Leads and assists with the development of automation technical roadmaps, implementation plans, and
establishes the validity of technical solutions and its components with both short- and long-term
implications across all sites working with site partners
Manage and lead workshops to gather user requirements and functionalities
Collaborates with site and regional/global automation, engineering, and partner engineering
organizations to develop technical collaterals that map site business requirements including creating
solution architectures, standards, whitepapers, deployment guides, and best practices from a
standardized technology portfolio
Works collaboratively with automation and engineering site organizations during the technical
development, launch and continuing refinement of automation solutions
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge and is regarded as a technical subject matter expert for
automation
Acts as advisor to senior management and/or site partners on advanced technical applications or
solutions
Develops technological ideas and guides their development and implementation along with ensuring
key performance indicators are well defined and measurable
Work as part of the Design & Build group for contribution to the development and effectiveness of the
department
Keep current with advancements in automation, You’ll evaluate new tools and technologies that
enhance efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Skills Must –
• Very strong experience in AI technologies and AI Automation tools
• Very strong in programming language Java, Python, and C#
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and principles
• Amazon Web Services / Azure or other Public Cloud experience
• Very strong programming experience in Angular JS or React JS frameworks implementation
• Strong experience in designing and developing Automation Reporting tools
• Experience in Designing and implementing AI techniques
