Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement QA processes for data entry to ensure accuracy.
• Actively communicate and participate in project forums to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Optimize existing workflows and provide valuable feedback on tools and processes.
• Interpret customer feedback, track satisfaction levels, and assist in driving initiatives to improve metrics.
