Description

Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars. We have many interesting engagements in the automotive industry and other domains, currently we are growing in the Nordics with HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Requirements

Extensive experience in testing and configuring connected cars, including software updates and environment switching.
Strong background in testing in-car systems (IHU/DHU).
Proven experience in leading testing efforts, mentoring team members, and improving test processes.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience testing native mobile applications (iOS & Android) is highly beneficial.

Job responsibilities

Assignment Description
Define and drive the testing strategy for connected car systems and mobile applications.
Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring structured testing processes and best practices.
Oversee and execute testing and configuration of vehicles, including software updates and environment switching (UAT, PROD, etc.).
Conduct functional, exploratory, and regression testing on in-car systems (IHU/DHU) to validate performance and user experience.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
Own the test planning, execution, and reporting while identifying risks and recommending improvements.
Ensure seamless integration between in-car systems and mobile applications (iOS & Android) through structured test cases.
Drive improvements in automation and overall test processes within an agile environment
