- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in project management or related technical roles.
- 5 years of experience in Agile/Lean practices.
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools, and/or supply chain networks.
- Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Alpharetta GA is $120k to $140k, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with UX/Product/Technology teams to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will also manage multiple programs and work closely with executives.
- Manage cross-functional programs, and communicate to the leadership team on status.
- Develop, track, and report on milestones, deliverables, and blockers.
- Work with squads (dev, QA, product, UX) and solve for blockers.
- Manage a complex set of stakeholders across engineering, business development, design, and research, ensuring that you are earning their
- trust through transparency, clear and regular communication, and delivering results.
- Manage executive status reports for the group.
- Run workshops to support development and delivery e.g. requirements gathering/definition workshops, UX review, story grooming, training etc
