Develops High level Architecture, Technical Design of complex features. Work hands-on with development team to review the Technical Design
• Defines strategy and solutions for handling of NFRs, to address Performance, Scalability, Availability and Security requirements
• Document architecture problems, evaluation of various solution options, trade-offs and recommend the most optimal architecture solution
• Oversees the development application/product strategy and architecture (strategic blueprints, roadmaps, migration, application, standards, and methods to achieve strategic and tactical goals
• Defines the strategy and adoption of new-age technologies including but not limited to Generative AI, DevOps and Cloud services
• Provide technical approaches, point-of-view on next-gen technologies, develops as PoCs
• Identification of Architecture bottlenecks in existing products/applications and suggests improvements
• Evaluation of Technology Alternatives and Choice of Tools, comparison with multiple technology options
• Contributes to the various initiatives of the Enterprise Architects group, within the organization
• Creates external value through patents, white papers, or speaking at conferences

Requirements

Role Description: Technical Architect is responsible for defining and reviewing of solution architecture to build complex and scalable applications/products. He/she is critical member in defining the technology roadmap, identifying architectural bottlenecks and suggesting solutions, evaluation of technology alternatives and choice of tools, including comparison with multiple technology options.

• Should have 12+ years of experience with strong Technical Architecture skills, with expertise in multiple technologies and domains
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Should have architected and designed complex application applications and product features
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture and Application Integration Design Patterns
• Strong technical depth across cloud technology areas, Micro-services, .Net stack having in depth in several areas, and breadth and interest across a much larger range.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Create and deliver presentations articulating vision, findings, and approach to all stakeholders
