Senior Software Engineer (React) IRC257025

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user-friendly web applications using React and the Material-UI (MUI) Component Library.
Collaborate with the design and UX/UI teams to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
Utilize NextJS as the backend for the front-end layer to efficiently serve React components.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the implementation of a hybrid of Macro Services and Microservices, allowing for scalable and independent feature development, systems, improving content staging and curation workflows.
Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience across various browsers and devices.
Optimize web applications for performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Maintain documentation for code and technical processes.
Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
