Our Client accelerates dealers’ ability to market and manage their inventory through a powerful suite of solutions with leading Marketplaces, Web Solutions, Web Traffic, Inventory Management, Conversion Tools, and industry-leading customer service.

Requirements

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Proven experience in data governance, data catalog management, and data stewardship, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
– In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.
– Experience with data governance tools and platforms, preferably Ataccama or Ataccama ONE
– Experience with data governance tools and platforms, preferably.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Mandatory Skills:

Experience with data governance tools and platforms like Ataccama, Informatica, Collibra, etc. preferably Ataccama.

 


Job Responsibilities

– Develop and implement data governance frameworks and strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
– Manage and maintain the Data Catalog, ensuring that all data assets are accurately scanned, documented, classified, and accessible.
– Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others, and implement necessary measures to safeguard personal and sensitive data.
– Collaborate with legal, IT, and business teams to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data governance policies and procedures.
– Facilitate data stewardship programs and promote a culture of data ownership and accountability within the organization.
– Lead the creation and maintenance of data governance documentation, including policies, standards, and procedures.
– Provide training and guidance to internal teams on data governance best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
– Monitor changes in data privacy laws and regulations and update governance frameworks accordingly.
– Monitor industry trends and changes in data governance practices to ensure that the organization’s data governance framework remains current and effective.
– Utilize Ataccama’s suite of tools to manage data governance and compliance activities effectively.
– Act as the point of contact for data governance and compliance-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
– Support data stewardship initiatives and promote a culture of data accountability and quality.
