By leveraging the technological expertise gained through providing Internet connectivity services, the company has expanded its business portfolio as a total solutions provider, offering outsourcing services that include cloud computing, Wide-Area Network (WAN) services, systems integration services, and more.

Moving all information online has necessitated expanding their cloud service capabilities to remain competitive with other leading market players in this field. A set of our projects will focus on extending these services’ capabilities and functionalities, including the development of new modules and more, to meet this demand.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience as an Automation QA Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with automation framework design and implementation.
• Proficient in Python, Pytest and Playwright for automated UI/API testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and reporting tools (e.g., Allure, ReportPortal).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and QA processes.
• Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of proactiveness and the ability to drive tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
• Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience working with Japanese clients or in culturally diverse teams is highly desirable.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer who will take the lead in designing and implementing an automation testing strategy from the ground up. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented individual who can independently propose ideas, drive initiatives forward, and clearly demonstrate the value of automation testing to both internal teams and our client.

You will play a critical role in shaping our QA processes and ensuring high product quality through smart, scalable automation solutions. Some of your duties will include but not limited to

• Design and build automation frameworks and tools for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain high-quality automated test suites using Python and Playwright.
• Ensure robust test coverage through well-structured, reusable test cases.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing.
• Contribute to performance and load testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
• Analyze test results and generate comprehensive reports using test case management and reporting tools.
• Advocate for test automation best practices across development teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal and client stakeholders, clearly articulating automation approaches, benefits, and results.
