Description
• Integrate network APIs with cloud platforms and containerized environments (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Participate in the testing and validation of network APIs throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
• Design, develop, and document well-defined, secure, and efficient network APIs for 5G core and radio access networks (RAN).
• Leverage your understanding of 5G architecture and protocols (e.g., 3GPP) to translate network capabilities into consumable APIs.
Preferences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in 5G network APIs and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of API documentation and developer portals.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Note: GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Boston MA is $110k/yr to $120k/yr, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with network engineers, architects, and application developers to ensure APIs meet functional and performance requirements.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices for API access and data protection.
