Job Responsibilities

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Python Architect with extensive experience in test automation, test strategy development, and architecture design. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Python programming, along with proven expertise in designing and implementing complex testing frameworks. As a QA Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products by establishing scalable testing solutions that support continuous integration and delivery.

Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in Python-based automation frameworks.
Establish coding standards, testing guidelines, and code review practices.
Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., PyTest, Selenium, playwright, Pywinauto Framework).
Solid understanding of RESTful API testing, microservices, and test integrations.
Proven experience designing and implementing test frameworks from scratch.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and DevOps integration.
Strong team leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex test scenarios.
Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities to handle diverse testing challenges.
Drive innovation in testing methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure high-quality delivery.
Maintain detailed documentation of test architectures, processes, and automation frameworks.
