Requirements

8+ years of Performance Engineering experience required
Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool – Gatling (must)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases
Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the Agile development methodology
