Job Responsibilities

• Lead transition from manual to automated testing across embedded devices, .NET apps, and EMR systems.
• Define and implement automation strategies and best practices.
• Design and maintain automation framework using Python (Pytest).
• Provide guidance and training to testers transitioning from manual to automated testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.
• Ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
