Description

• Design and implement a governance framework for process ownership, establishing clear SOPs and driving continuous improvement
• Plan and manage change for deploying redesigned processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and maintain a continuous improvement roadmap for process enhancements and new process development
• Analyze current processes to identify areas where automation can improve accuracy and efficiency
• Use business optimization and innovation tools to analyze, redesign, and re-engineer business processes
• Lead the creation and implementation of SOPs and manage a centralized knowledge base for process efficiency
• Assess and provide preliminary costs, timelines, and resource commitments for potential solutions
• Lead business process assessment and re-engineering, covering project execution stages such as Kick-off, Stakeholder consultation, Blueprinting, Realization, Documentation, and Project closure
• Streamline existing processes using Lean methodology, identify efficiencies, and collaborate with leads to develop effective solutions
• Drive Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to address process gaps, implement automation, and manage PEx initiatives across the company
• Prepare PEx dashboards, newsletters, process documents, health cards, and quality training materials
• Advise on new requirements and opportunities post-process streamlining, including organizational charts and function consolidation
• Recommend ways to automate documentation and review SOPs for waste reduction and process lifecycle improvement
• Handle customer comebacks, track errors, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Promote best practice sharing and provide quality methodology training for the team

Requirements

• A self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction and support
• 12+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years in process excellence, and Green Belt Certified
• Must possess any graduation degree (Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo required)
• Must be willing to work from the office and in rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
• Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

* Developing metrics and KPIs to measure process performance.
* Conducting training sessions to ensure adoption of new processes.
