We are looking for a Business Analyst with Japanese and English to support ongoing collaboration, especially with teams in Japan and Central and Eastern Europe.

Requirements
Must have:
– Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
– Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
– Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE based teams)
– Openess to work with Japanese culture
Nice to have:
– Able to interface with the technical and business teams
– Have some commercial sense / business understanding
Job Responsibilities
– Develop product vision and roadmap
– Define epics and stories based on requirements
– Look for the prodcut insights in different sources, validate the assumptions
– Form the prioritized produсt backlog for implentation teams
– Be primary contact point for development team on prodcut related questions
