Raja Renganathan

As the leader of the Cloud Engineering and Transformation Services business unit, Raja Renganathan is responsible for the acceleration of GlobalLogic’s rich portfolio of Cloud engineering services, establishing strategic partnerships with leaders and innovators in the Cloud provider ecosystem, and building a portfolio of relevant services and technologies to help clients in their digital transformation agenda.

Raja is a Silicon Valley industry veteran with more than 25 years of rich experience, ranging from entrepreneurship to leading large innovative business units. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Raja spent 15 years at Cognizant, where he held executive roles in the Infrastructure Services business unit and oversaw the company’s Global Cloud Services as its Vice President. Under his leadership, he helped clients in their digital transformation, created innovative offerings and reskilling programs, and established a partner ecosystem across leading Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google, and ServiceNow.

Raja is an advocate for building and leading diverse teams. Before Cognizant, Raja co-founded Innasite and led the company’s managed Infrastructure Services business as CEO. He also served in leadership roles at Euclid and Microland.

Raja earned his Bachelors of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering from National Institute of Technology (REC), Trichy, India, where he was a distinguished alumnus. He is a thought leader, blogger, sought-after industry speaker, and has served in Microsoft’s Distinguished Engineering Council and Vmware SISO Advisory Group.
