Lectures, workshops, self-study, homework assignments, online courses

Paid program within Erasmus+/ Eu Grant Programs.

GL Smart Start

GL Smart Start is led by experienced GL experts, and upon successful completion, you will have the necessary skills to join GL projects as trainees. It is perfect for students, recent graduates, beginning engineers, or anyone with basic knowledge and no commercial experience.

Duration and Format:

Up to 3 months
Online training, consisting of a series of lectures and practical assignments, Q&A sessions

Unpaid program, free online course.

Trainee Program (Internship)

The Trainee Program is designed to allow you to gain your first practical work experience by completing training on an actual project at GlobalLogic.

During the program, you can deepen your theoretical knowledge and acquire new technical skills while guided by an experienced mentor. The mentor’s approach will help you successfully master the Trainee program.

You will be invited to join the project team as a full-time member upon completion.

Duration and Format:

3 to 6 months
Training in 1-1 format with an individual trainer in accordance with the program

Academy Program

If you have a solid theoretical background and you are eager to upskill and secure a full-time job, the Academy Program is a perfect opportunity for you. This program is designed to attract motivated individuals like yourself who are keen to learn and grow in their careers.
