Profile: Workday Integration Consultant
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Advanced understanding of object-oriented architecture.
Ability to collect, organise, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.
Experience supporting a global customer base.
Proficient with project management methodology.
Must have Java and XML knowledge.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday integration, Reporting and Security.
Serve the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday solution
Have a good idea of data flow, workday objects, data security and integration designing.
Own the integration flow, type and update design document.
Integration development, monitoring, bug fix and support.
Half yearly release support and Weekly patches update monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in building Custom Integrations (Inbound/Outbound) via Core Connectors, EIB’s
and Studio.
• Experienced in writing Technical specification documents from scratch by user Interaction/
FITGAP analysis and implementing the same.
• Worked on different integration in field of Core HR, Payroll, Leave and Absence, Time
Tracking.
• Involved in requirement gathering, build, SIT and UAT testing for integrations.
• Build PECI,PICOF integrations for different countries and also build custom studio integration
on PECI,PICOF integrations for complex requirements.
• Built Advanced, Search, Matrix, Composite reports and Custom Dashboards.
• Experience in writing the test plans, test cases and expertise in Unit, UAT, Regression,
System, Integration and Performance testing.
• Excellent team player with good organizational, communication, interpersonal & analytical
skills.
• Experienced in Creating Business requirement documents and business acceptance testing.
Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity
and perform data analytics & planning as per best practices.
Develop and manage project plans for upgrades/new functionality.
Able to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs as well as engage with
business.
Educate and promote self-service reporting with end users by utilising various
communication and training methodologies.
