In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the user experience from the ground up, ensuring comprehensive and consistent interaction across multiple intricate subproducts tailored for managing clinical trials.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role, with a strong emphasis on UX design in complex digital products or platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop design systems from scratch, showcasing a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in translating user insights and workshop outcomes into actionable design solutions, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Familiarity with Material Design guidelines and a willingness to explore and introduce new design systems to enhance the platform’s visual appeal and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience delivering designs in an Agile manner, with the ability to adapt to evolving requirements and prioritize tasks effectively within iterative development cycles.
• Experience in the healthcare or life sciences domain is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Define and establish a cohesive design system from scratch, prioritizing user experience (UX) as the foundation and user interface (UI) as complementary.
• Craft modern and intuitive user interfaces that reflect the complexities of the healthcare industry while maintaining a sleek and contemporary aesthetic.
• Approach design from the user’s perspective, leveraging insights derived from collaborative workshops to map out user journeys and optimize interactions at every touchpoint.
• Implement a forward-thinking approach to design, incorporating principles of Material Design and other innovative methodologies to elevate the platform’s visual identity and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the UX/UI team.
