Description:
GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cypress and TypeScript or other automation frameworks, as well as a strong foundation in test automation.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably with Cypress and TypeScript.
Strong programming skills in languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, or others.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
- Perform integration and functional testing to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective test automation solutions.
- Work with programming languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python to develop automation solutions.
