Description:

We seek a highly skilled and adaptable Sustaining Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the stability and performance of our microservices-based systems, primarily built on .NET. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can jump into different roles — from support and QA to development — and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, including rotating shifts.

Requirements:

* Experience with .NET and microservices architecture.
* Proficiency in debugging and testing complex systems.
* Familiarity with tools such as Kibana, Grafana, or other logging/monitoring solutions.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues efficiently.
* Ability to switch between roles (support, QA, developer) and work independently in different environments.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support a global team.


Job Responsibilities:

* Investigate and debug complex issues within our microservices architecture, pinpoint the root cause, and provide solutions.
* Conduct in-depth testing, including edge cases, to ensure the reliability of the systems and resolve any discovered issues.
* Collaborate with development teams to propose solutions and, if necessary, implement fixes to resolve issues.
* Work across various roles, including technical support, quality assurance (QA), and development, depending on the task or project.
* Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring minimal service disruption.
* Use performance monitoring tools to identify and fix issues before they impact end users proactively.
* Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting processes, root cause analysis, and solutions.
* Work flexible hours, including different shifts.
