Requirements:
Must have:
- Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
- Written and spoken English language proficiency (the equivalent of B2 or higher)
- Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
- Skills in analyzing and documenting requirements
- Ability to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflow
- Excellent knowledge of requirements decomposition (Epics definition, User stories, Tasks)
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE based teams)
- Openess to work with Japanese culture
- Able to interface with the technical and business teams
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision and roadmap
- Define epics and stories based on requirements
- Look for the product insights in different sources, validate the assumptions
- Form the prioritized product backlog for implementation teams
- Be the primary contact point for the development team on product-related questions
