Description:
The client is an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate.
Requirements:
You’ll need to have
● Experience building and consuming APIs in NodeJS or TypeScript
● Experience with relational databases and message queues or message buses are strongly preferred
● The ideal candidates will have experience with API/NodeJS development, but UI/Angular development will also be required
● Experience with distributed source code control in Git
● Experience working with platforms made up of multiple interconnected services, or experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
● Should be experienced enough to learn new skills on their own without a lot of hand-holding
Even better if you have one or more of the following
● Experience with relational databases or Temporal.io is strongly preferred, but not required
● Experience working with containerization (e.g. Docker, Helm, Kubernetes)
● Experience working with Access Control/Management is also strongly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Work as part of a cross-functional scrum team
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to bring product ideas to life
Debug and resolve issues related to the application and interaction with external and internal APIs
Perform code reviews and design reviews with the team
Be an end-to-end owner of software services spanning technology boundaries
Translate business requirements into technical designs and project plans
