Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working in close partnership with a leading supplier of products, solutions, and services for industrial process measurement and automation. We help with making a shift to Industry 4.0 standards, modern technologies, automation, and well-planned, modern-looking software. We are developing a world-class cross-platform (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Web) application that is used all over the world in the industrial field.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams and customers.
- Ability to resolve disagreements and mediate discussions.
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove team impediments.
- Ability to expertly communicate in English both verbally and in writing (B2)
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Agile metrics (burn-down charts, velocity tracking) and scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, SAFe SM, etc.).
- Understanding CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software development practices
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring smooth and effective Agile practices.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile standard methodologies, supporting Agile adoption across the organization and contribute to process improvements.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Partners to set shared goals and expectations.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure alignment with Agile principles while adapting to project-specific needs.
