Description:
Our team is looking for a self-driven individual with a “get it done” mentality, that has a passion for helping organisations solve complex business and technology problems through Salesforce.
You will work closely with professional services leadership and a team of cross-functional PMs, developers, and BAs to imagine and create Salesforce applications to transform our customers marketing efforts.
You will play a major role in defining standards, processes, and delivery best practices, making it easier for the team to succeed in their roles and meet their goals!
Requirements:
• 12 + years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role.
• Min 8 years of experience with Salesforce development, including extensive experience
in solution design and implementation.
• Min 5 years of experience in Salesforce lightning
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and other
development tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and
integration capabilities.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive
successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Salesforce System / Application Architect Certified (Must have)
• Experience in large Salesforce implementation Projects (Must have)
• MuleSoft Experience (Nice to have)
• Automotive Experience (Nice to have)

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the hands-on design and development of solutions across
several software systems.
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution
implementation.
• Leading large implementation projects and owning it end to end to attain a successful
delivery and way forward.
• Review business context for solutions to the companies challenges as well as defining
the vision and requirements for the solution, recommending potential options, (which
may include RFIs, RFPs or prototype development), selecting the most optimal option,
and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
• Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata
and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.
• Work on new development initiatives, as well as bug fixes and enhancements of the
existing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members; onshore and offshore.
• Working with Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect in deriving optimal solution
in solving business challenges
• Communicating and presenting ideas to others and driving outcomes that meet client
requirements.
• Involved in sprint planning activities, including work estimation as part of delivering
agile Salesforce projects.
• Guiding the development team in using the latest Salesforce technology which may
include Omnistudio, Automotive cloud, Lightning, Apex, Shield, Files Connect, Lightning
Connect, Heroku, Platform Events and Salesforce DX and more.
• Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing
and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them
into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, including data models, integrations,
customizations, and security models.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are
followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Drive solution design discussions, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with
other business systems.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and advise on opportunities to
leverage new features and functionalities
