Description:
A performance tester’s job is to analyze and test the performance of a system, website, or application to ensure it meets the required specifications. They work with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify performance issues and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Performance Engineering experience required
- Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool – Neoload SAAS (must)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
- Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases
- Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the Agile development methodology
Job Responsibilities:
- Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope
- Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy
- Prepare and Load Test Data
- Develop & Execute Performance Test Scripts using Neoload SAAS
- Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment
- Assessing the Service Level Agreement and Objectives & apply Consistent Monitoring Metrics
- Analyze Performance Test Results and locate Performance bottlenecks and Root Causes
- Present Performance analysis report to the stakeholders
- Flag and communicate risk to the business
