Description

Our client is a performance rights organization in the United States. It collects blanket license fees from businesses that use music, entitling those businesses to play or sync any songs from the client’s repertoire of over 22.4 million musical works. On a regular basis, the client distributes the money to songwriters, composers, and music publishers as royalties to those members whose works have been performed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on development experience designing and implementing large/complex systems based on .NET and C#.
• Leadership experience: Technical Lead/Team Lead.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, including Blazor
• Experience utilizing various Azure Framework Tools
• Experience with SQL Server
• Familiarity with Databricks and Python is a huge plus
• Experience with accounting software, SOX compliance, payment integrations are a huge plus
• Strong understanding of scalable software development practices, design patterns, and data structures.
• Extensive knowledge of modern backend frameworks, scalable software development practices, design patterns, data structures.
• Experience building technical designs and respective technical specification
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Good understanding of SDLC process, version control, code review, continuous integration and automated deployment tools.
• Experience working on large-scale, production-grade projects.
• Strong background with CI/CD methodology.
• B.Sc in Computer Science is an advantage.
• Advanced level of English

Job responsibilities

• You will be part of a team responsible for building the Royalty management solution (consolidating data from multiple sources, performing financial calculations, generating analytics, and integrating with third-party payment platforms to ensure accurate royalty distribution to music creators).
• Solve complex problems at the architectural, coding, and product levels.
• Discover creative solutions that balance practicality and innovation, considering both short- and long-term goals.
• Implement new and exciting features end-to-end in collaboration with the product team.
• Being the main contact point for the US based client team
• Provide technical guideline to the local team
• Interview new candidates to join the team
