Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Trainer to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for learners across various modes, including classroom, online, and hybrid. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Java, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to the needs of a diverse audience. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful learning outcomes, manage content, and measure training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of experience training learners in Java across classroom, online, or hybrid environments, preferably in IT/Tech firms.
  • Proven experience in content creation, curation, and review of high-quality training materials.
  • Proficient in content curation tools and processes, and experience working with LMS/LXP.
  • Deep knowledge of effective training techniques and tools, continuously updated with the latest trends.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with problem-solving skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge in Java, including object-oriented principles, design patterns, Java frameworks, and hands-on coding skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present technical material engagingly to diverse learners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Organize and conduct Java training sessions through classroom, online, and hybrid formats as per planned schedules.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, create, curate, and update high-quality training content for Java courses and other relevant training paths.
  • LMS/LXP Coordination: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) by updating skilling paths, maintaining training calendars, and ensuring up-to-date content.
  • Performance Improvement: Collect feedback from learners and faculty, analyze training metrics, and share insights with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Timeline Tracking: Monitor and ensure adherence to the timelines for training programs, content creation, assessments, and other key activities.
