The Priniciple engineer responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and providing design documents and technical guidance to development teams. To be successful as a solution architect, you should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture.

1. Gather required technology inputs, make required Assumptions, develop high level architecture and detailed technical design.
2. Finding the best tech solution among all possible solutions to solve existing business problems.
3. Evaluate new technologies and build POCs.
4. Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution, explore solution alternatives and help refine the solution
5. Work hands-on with the development team to prepare/review detailed technical design, do code reviews, ensure delivery as per committed estimates with high quality.
6. Work with team and ensure the delivered code quality is good

Requirements

Delivery Lead-

10 + yrs of strong exp with leading a team on technical front.

Looking for an experienced prinicple engineer (.Net, SQL Server, Azure tech stack) to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs.

1. Solutions Architect experience with .Net, .NET core , SQL Server, AWS tech stack.
2. Should have experiences with Data Center to Azure Migration projects
3. Master in Design and architecture.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, is an absolute must. Must be able to document technical solutions very well.
5. At least a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.

6. Minmum 8 years of handson experience in .NET , design architecture

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Should be able to work with US customer and US overlap time.

Requirements and skills:
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
