We are looking for a Client Partner to manage one of our large media conglomerate partnerships. Our client has businesses across content creation (studios), distribution (TV, broadcast, streaming), sports and theme parks.

GlobalLogic is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with 8 design studies and over 35 product engineering centers across the globe. We deliver digital transformation in the form of technical innovation, rapid time-to-market, new revenue opportunities, and improved quality.
The starting base salary range for this role is estimated to be $180000 to 210000. This salary range is based on the role and is provided as a good-faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in selling Digital Platform/Product Engineering services (with experience in the Media & Entertainment space), especially selling into large media conglomerates
Proven track record of mining existing accounts with a track record of YoY business growth and focus on profitability
Ability to understand and conceptualize customer requirements and lead structuring of deals
Consistent track record of using a repeatable sales process for successful deal finding, engaging, crafting, running and closing
Experience working with global teams / offshore delivery model environment
Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, presentation and social skills
A rational, logical and analytical thinker with excellent listening skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Self-starter able to work independently, but also a contributing member of a team
Willingness and desire to learn new ways to be more efficient and effective
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Job Responsibilities:
You will manage and grow a set of existing media and entertainment accounts (with main focus on a large media conglomerate), actively pursue relationships, and generate business with existing and new prospects.
Responsibilities (perform below activities with minimal guidance):
Manage existing strategic customer engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Build and execute growth plans for existing accounts to meet/exceed sales – revenue and margin targets
Develop prospecting plans and establish new relationship at strategic target accounts
Understand GlobalLogic’s industry solutions and service offerings, and be able to articulate value proposition to both engineering and business stakeholders
Identify customer pain points and needs, and map GlobalLogic industry solutions and service offerings to best meet those needs
Collaborate with other parts of the organization to develop proposals that meet customer needs, identifying buyer values, orchestrating the end-to-end sales process, and performing necessary actions to significantly improve the chances of closing opportunities
Identify industry trends and opportunities for GlobalLogic to build capabilities
Provide regular updates to the management as per the internal processes
Lead sales campaigns and motions that build customer value
Accurately forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments and consistently deliver against that forecast
