Software engineering services provider GlobalLogic acquired Latin America’s digital consultant Hexacta, adding as many as 800 technology professionals to its headcount across the region.
Hexacta’s services include software development, data analytics and IT consulting. The firm will continue to operate independently even after the transaction closes.
