At this year’s Competition of Employer Branding Campaigns and Projects in Romania, GlobalLogic proudly received two awards that reflect the success of Fortech’s Brand Transition into GlobalLogic campaign. Almost 30 team members, alongside the former shareholders who founded the Fortech company 20 years ago, collaborated to bring the brand transition campaign to life and film the video that served as a key element of the entire initiative.
Running for 2 months, the campaign not only communicated the completion of the integration process and the transition of the Fortech brand to GlobalLogic, but it also carried a deeper, more emotional significance: it marked the end of an era for Fortech, a company with over two decades of history. The transition to GlobalLogic signified both the conclusion of a remarkable chapter and the beginning of an exciting, unknown new one. It was a heartfelt process, blending our past achievements and values with the optimism we hold for the future.

The Best New Employer Brand award recognizes that our campaign represented more than just a visual transformation. It also marked a significant moment in our company’s history, with the integration into the new chapter under GlobalLogic.
