He has led over 24 successful projects, focusing on maintainable architectures in various industries, particularly automotive and energy. With a PhD in industrial engineering, Vencel has gained a strong understanding of IoT and near-real-time systems. Although his leadership role now means less hands-on programming, he still has a deep interest in coding and constantly looks for personal projects to keep his passion alive.
