Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Xamarin Native, targeting both iOS and Android platforms.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and fix bugs, and optimize app performance.

Implement user interfaces and integrate with back-end services.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement app designs.

Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and follow best practices.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in mobile app development, specifically using Xamarin Native, .NET iOS, and .NET Android.

Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework, with hands-on experience in Xamarin Native for cross-platform development.

iOS & Android Development: Solid understanding of iOS and Android SDKs, their lifecycle, and platform-specific guidelines.

UI/UX Implementation: Experience with native user interface components and design patterns (MVVM, MVC).

Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

Tools & IDEs: Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, Xamarin Studio, and related debugging tools.

Database: Experience with SQLite, Realm, or other mobile database management systems.

Testing: Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for mobile apps (e.g., Xamarin Test Cloud, NUnit).

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.

Familiarity with cloud-based services like Azure or AWS.

Knowledge of mobile application security best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise).

Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
