Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent technical writing skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audiences.
- Experience with IT and/or enterprise software.
- Highly proficient with accepted industry-specific authoring tools, such as Confluence wiki, etc.
- A strong understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycles.
- Ability to understand and document the big picture of product interactions and integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally-distributed and culturally-diverse departments.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and help cultivate good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write technical documentation according to the company standards.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and within the processes and systems established by those teams.
- Handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Report accurate and timely status for all assignments.
- Ownership and help with writing the following documentation
a. CDR Documentation (Concept Design)
b. TRDP Documentation (Interface Control)
c. PDR Documentation (Product Design)
d. CTDR Documentation (Critical Design)
