GlobalLogic communication delivery unit is looking for the specialists in the radio access network domain to develop cutting edge telecommunication products. Requirements:
– 2+ years as ScrumMaster / Technical Analyst / Manager
– Previous hands-on experience as a developer of Java/Golang/etc. or Automated QA
– Some experience as a Scrum Master to handle the Agile process
– Good technical analysis skills
– Hands-on tech specs, epics, user stories elaboration
– Excellent collaboration and process-driving skills
– Jira, Confluence, etc tools experience
– Technical Higher Education
– Good written and spoken English
– Good coordination and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:
– Team coordination as ScrumMaster, driving them to the targeted solution in CloudRAN development
– Collaborate with the customer’s leadership to get and provide the product progress and updates
– Support regular Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, etc.) and artifacts (documentation, epics, user stories, etc.)
– Perform technical tasks e.g. Development or Quality Assurance tasks
– Maintain good team spirit and motivation
