Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecom Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our telecom business. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence in the telecommunications sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals..
- Experience in bid solutioning and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies and services (e.g., VoIP, SD-WAN, 5G, fiber optics).
- Ability to translate technical features into client benefits and solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferences:
- Experience in a telecom service provider or technology company.
- Familiarity with telecom regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience working with large-scale telecom projects and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Join client meetings to show expertise in the Telecom industry and build trust.
- Look for new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
- Research the market and competitors to make informed decisions.
- Keep up with telecom trends and customer needs to bring fresh and valuable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry players.
- Be the main contact for clients, understand their needs, and provide customized telecom solutions.
- Ensure clients are satisfied by delivering great service and building long-term partnerships.
- Develop and carry out a sales strategy to meet revenue and growth goals.
- Generate leads, qualify them, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Create and present persuasive proposals to potential clients.
- Work with internal teams to deliver telecom solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to make sure projects meet client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals in response to client RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and attract new business.
