Requirements:
• As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality technology solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and system administrators, to create robust, scalable, and efficient architectures.
• Their primary goal is to ensure that the technology solutions align with the business needs and objectives.
• A person in this role interfaces with several stakeholders including project and delivery teams as well as specialists and technical architect to ensure alignment of technical deliverables and architecture.
• They are responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• They facilitate end-to-end technical implementation of the architecture as per the business requirements and solution specifications.
• Understanding solution aspects for Microservice based application.
Job Responsibilities:
• Architectural Design: Develop and design comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, performance, and usability.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical expertise to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the architecture and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the architecture, design decisions, and processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance existing systems or create new opportunities.
• Follow and improve technical processes, guidelines, and best practices for the project.
• Ownership of the understanding of architecture and non-functional requirements by the team.
• Hands On experience in Java 11 or 17, or .Net or Python, any of the programming languages.
• Micro-service Architectural concepts and patterns.
• Java Design Patterns and SOLID principal hands on experience.
• UML diagrams creation and understanding.
• SQL database knowledge, PostgreSQL or MySQL or Oracle, or SQL Server is preferred.
• Query plan understanding for SQL database.
• Elastic Search or any Lucene based search experience is preferred.
• REST API and GraphQL methodology understanding.
• Bilingual with Japanese proficiency N3 must have.
• Trade-off skills with Customer for solution definitions and approvals.
