Description

We are looking for a Java Engineer for a new client of our Fintech portfolio, i.e.: one of the fastly growing financial organizations providing asset management for institutions to help them select their investment strategies. In this position, you will be part of our “Business Intelligence and Reporting Team”.The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of data driven solutions in AWS cloud along with SaaS. It is a great chance to become a part of a distributed, cross-functional team based in Poland. This Project is a part of the Multi-Year Program Plan.

• WebSphere so that can replatform away from
• Pivotal Cloud Foundry
• Adapting java generated by a tool to run in a AWS batch environment
• Gitlab
• Groovy scripting for executing batch java
• AWS Step Functions

Job responsibilities

• Replatforming Java from on prem to AWS Cloud
• Adapting tool generated Java code to run in AWS Step Functions or similar AWS service
• Follow best development practices, including writing clean, maintainable code and conducting peer code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring product goals are met.
