Description:
Python Lead
Requirements:
Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience in backend development, including complex and high-traffic systems.
Backend Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go).
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and design patterns.
API Development:
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
Experience with API versioning, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
Database Mastery:
Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) databases.
Proficiency in data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and scaling.
Microservices & Distributed Systems:
Familiarity with microservices architectures, event-driven systems, and messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience in building resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
Cloud & DevOps:
Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Security & Compliance:
Thorough understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
Leadership & Mentoring:
Experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers.
Ability to drive best practices, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Agile Methodologies:
Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban frameworks, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and capacity to work in cross-functional teams.

Define backend architecture and technical standards; provide guidance to development teams on best practices and strategic direction.
System Design & Implementation
Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend systems and microservices.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., DevOps, Frontend, QA) to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Performance & Scalability
Analyze system bottlenecks, optimize performance, and ensure solutions scale efficiently under heavy load.
Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.
Security & Compliance
Enforce secure coding practices, integrate security measures, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Database & Data Management
Design and optimize schemas, queries, and data flows.
Implement data partitioning, clustering, and replication strategies for high availability.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Establish testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain high code quality through code reviews and continuous integration.
Mentorship & Collaboration
Provide guidance to junior developers, perform code reviews, and encourage knowledge sharing and innovation.
Work closely with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions on time.
Continuous Improvement
Keep updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed technical documentation; regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and timelines.
Incident Management & Troubleshooting
Lead the resolution of complex production issues; conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements to prevent future incidents.
