The goal is to create a SaaS product from ground up in a public cloud framework.

Your track record of success with both customers and internal stakeholders (think Customer Success, Sales, and Services) demonstrates your ability to deliver tangible value. You’ll play a crucial role in aligning commercial objectives with our business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Renewals team with exceeding monthly/quarterly financial targets
- Responsible for the quoting of Maintenance/Subscription Renewals for an assigned territory
- Supervise email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox and taking the correct action on them in a timely fashion
- Expected to become a Super User for renewal quoting processes
- Work with the Renewals Team to package and present quoting proposals to customers
- Comfort with quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increases
- Provide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreements
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.com
- Assist with forecasting renewal pricing and multi-year options
- Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to process renewals per company guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a CRM system like Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated history of meeting performance targets
- Comfort quoting and managing a large volume of transactions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativity
- Motivated to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced SaaS company
