Requirements

Skills:
Backend Development: Strong expertise in Python for backend development.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and writing complete Kubernetes deployments, including Helm charts.
Microservices: Deep understanding of microservices architecture and implementation.
Cloud & CI/CD: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Bonus Skills: Java (Spring Boot) is a plus.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Python.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for deployment and orchestration.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
Experience in automating infrastructure and deployments using Ansible or similar tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
Build and manage microservices-based architectures with Kubernetes and Docker.
Automate deployment and infrastructure management using Helm, Ansible, and CI/CD tools.
Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Continuously improve infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.
