Description:
QA Automation
Skills-Java OR Kotlin OR Python, Selenium, Performance Testing
Requirements:
5+ years of Performance Engineering experience required
Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool – Neoload SAAS (must)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases
Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the Agile development methodology
Job Responsibilities:
Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope
Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy
Prepare and Load Test Data
Develop & Execute Performance Test Scripts using Neoload SAAS
Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment
Assessing the Service Level Agreement and Objectives & apply Consistent Monitoring Metrics
Analyze Performance Test Results and locate Performance bottlenecks and Root Causes
Present Performance analysis report to the stakeholders
Flag and communicate risk to the business
