Description: Lead the growth, market expansion and acceleration of business volumes with key strategic partners in areas including Digital Experience & Commerce, Enterprise Workflow Automation and Customer 360 Platform solutions and services in assigned territory.

Requirements:
- Build and grow the co-sell business with target partners in key geos, verticals & accounts.
- Delivery Excellence & Client Engagement through strategic program oversight.
- Thought Leadership and COE enablement to drive scale and velocity.
- Quota carrying position with significant portion of time spent in developing business with assigned strategic alliance partner(s) while growing the partnership preference and impact.
The starting base salary range for this role is estimated to be $150000 to 210000. This salary range is based on the role and is provided as a good-faith estimate. The amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and grow strategic partnerships with the intent of establishing 360 degree relationships and be the #1 or #2 partner for the technology vendor in a chosen area.
- Negotiate contracts, establish strategic programs with co-investments and sponsorship and drive successful collaboration across organizations.
- Customer obsessed, demonstrating strong understanding of GlobalLogic’s services & solutions portfolio built around the vendor capabilities through joint pipeline creation and close deals.
- Partner Segmentation, Prioritization and GTM Execution with One Hitachi value proposition
- Cross functional and regional collaboration with sales leadership and account executives to prioritize and position co-sell industry offerings that will also accelerate vendor tech adoption.
- Drive QBR, MBR and joint pipeline reviews through program governance and oversight.
- Work with partners to create co-sell solutions and market them at scale to drive revenue growth.
- Expand existing 360 degree relationship with the vendor and seek new areas of mutual growth.
- Create large deal momentum through differentiation and joint account development plans.
- Advocate for partner success with account leaders and business units for top of mind share.
