Job Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
– Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
– Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
– Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Development:
– Design and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
– Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.
Project Management:
– Plan and prioritize development tasks and deliverables.
– Track and manage project progress and timelines.
– Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
– Stay up-to-date with .NET framework updates and industry trends.
– Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
– Drive initiatives for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with QA engineers to ensure software quality and stability.
– Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
– Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Required Skills:
Expertise in .NET framework and .NET Core.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Entity Framework/Core.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and coach team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
