Requirements

• Master’s degree in English with a minimum of 18 months of work experience.
• Strong research skills and fact-checking abilities using internet-based search engines.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and AI concepts.
• Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new situations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making based on guidelines.
• Ability to understand the purpose behind assigned tasks.
• Professional discipline and etiquette.

 

Job responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating search data according to established guidelines and standards.
• Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks for various processes.
• Conducting quality assurance, data modeling, and data validation.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and processes as needed.
• Ensuring the highest quality of work and proactively identifying issues.
• Escalating any issues to appropriate team members or supervisors.
• Staying updated with communications and process-related guidelines.
• Correcting errors identified during quality control in line with policies.
• Adhering to ethical work practices and following instructions for ongoing projects.
• Adapting to changes in processes and working efficiently to meet deadlines.
